Do NOT use Milrinone if:

  • you are allergic to any ingredient in Milrinone
  • you have severe blockage of your aorta or certain heart valve problems (pulmonic valvular disease), or you have recently had a heart attack

Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of these apply to you.
